I've checked My Account at CRA and noticed Zag submitted T4RSP form to it, the RRSP withdrawal form.
I also received same form by mail.
Comparing both, I've noticed Zag omitted amount in Line 22 on form submitted to CRA. That line, in fact, is how much money was withdrawn from RRSP account.
So, according to what Zag told CRA, I didn't withdraw any money from RRSP but was taxed on withdrawal (Line 30 is non-zero) nevertheless.
Printed form I've got by mail is correct.
So, considering someone also reported their T5 form from Zag might have had issues, it would be wise to double check what Zag is reporting to CRA if you, like me, plan to use Auto-Fill service pulling data from CRA to electronic tax return.

I've had issues in the past (first year of availability?) with CRA Auto-Fill and have not tried it again. It didn't get a number of things right, such as 'currency' for my USD tax slips, distinguishing between RPP and Periodic Payments (Line 109) from a non-reg plan on T4As, T5013 data, T5008 sales in USD, etc. Deleted everything and inputed my own data.
The risk with the Auto-Fill data is it was not complete. Once populated in tax software, it was necessary to check all the entries to be sure they were right. Whether those things have been fixed or not, I have no idea.
