UPDATE: Their system asks for a new password every 365 days. Also, Passwords must be between 8 and 32 characters, with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character. Special characters allowed are as follows: #, @, or $.

I have been trying to login to my ZAG account but it redirects me directly to the reset password page. I was foolish enough and after confirming the URL and HTTPS tried to provide a new password with all the required criteria but the system doesn't accept the new password at all. Tried multiple different passwords with no luck.
Now, I am worried! Is is just me or they sent a communication asking everyone to reset password? And what's wrong with their online platform?

I don't deal with Zag. But you are describing how a virus can collect your banking info. I would phone them right away.

A while back, Zag asked me to change my password too when I tried to log in. It was legitimate. Some sites will ask people to change their password once in a while.

I changed it and everything worked fine afterwards, using the new password.
