Should we assume, then, that this is an abstract or research question, and that you are not planning on moving to another province in order to take advantage of possible higher rates that may be available to residents there?
If it's a research question, probably the best way to research it would be to go to the lists of institutions and search every one of them. You could use the members of CDIC and of the various provincial CU deposit insurance groups as your pool. Any info that any one here could give you would only be anecdotal.
