where is the cheapest place to buy 1oz gold and silver coins. I am not talking about the gold and silver it self, but the buy and sell spreads? does anybody out there know?

i wanted to buy 1 oz gold and silver coins Maples or Eagles. do u buy from this company? do they charge for GST and for delivery how is the quality of coins because u hear of lots of bad dealers out there that give u bad gold and silver

what i am conserned with is the big spread between the spot price and buy price and the service charges. I heard banks and mint are the highest prices. Just wondering if there is cheaper prices out there. the spread and is there any companys out there where u do not have to pay fees like delieving
