No extension offer for me so my $ is on the move elsewhere! You don't get to use it without paying a decent rate for such use. For the lack of a better plan I'm looking at CIBC flexible GIC. Redeemable and 4.5% Will report back if seeing my $ on the move wakes up the Tangerine promotion bot.  

This GIC allows you to withdraw any amount at anytime without penalty?

Received a sort of extension in the app this morning, not that I can use it. 5.25% from 4 January until 31 May, but only for funds in excess of the total balance across all accounts on 3 January. I was in the process of moving my HISA monies out (because only $25k per day) and as such had 25k still in an account. Reading the fine print they would want me to have that 25k sitting around but not getting promotional interest. So many games being played.

I was avoiding getting another bank account at a different bank but CIBC is offering 6% (tiered) for five months...
