I'm wondering if others are seeing multiple problems as I am.
I made my payment on Friday Aug 4 (which was the due date) but it's not showing. Interest was been charged as if overdue. Available funds?, ZERO out of my credit limit as if my card has been deactivated (that's the strangest part)
I was thinking the long weekend may have messed up their processing, and probably it will be adjusted to read correctly on another day. I can't see getting on hold on the phone, yet.

Any time I use Bill Payment at any bank account I have, the warning message is it could take 2 business days to process. When I have used Bill Payment (rarely), I always make the payment a few business days in advance, never as late as the date due.
The option I use is pre-authorized payment and then I do not have to ever think about it, except to make the funds available in time.

This morning all is well. My payment shows as made on Friday August 4, the interest charge was automatically reversed and full availability of my credit is showing. Obviously a glitch in their processing.
However point well taken about pre setting my payment date on the last day, ie; the due date. Especially right before a long weekend. I recall now having this identical problem with PC MasterCard years ago. Best to set the payment date as due date - 1 on all in future. I won't earn that much less interest as a result.

Tangerine Mastercard payments are only partially real-time.
This notice appears when I transfer funds on Tangerine's site to the Tangerine credit card:
ⓘ Your available credit has already changed to reflect this payment, but your Credit Card balance will not change until the payment is posted to your Account, in about two business days.
