DYK - as I don't recall this feature being documented on Tangerine. Thought I share it here.

Once logged in, you can send private message(s) through Tangerine Chatbot.

I was searching for some information in Chatbot but cannot find an answer. I came to a point I gave a thumb down, and asked to talk to a real person. Et voila, Chatbot then offered to Send Message, from which the respond is made, eventually, to my Tangerine Inbox!

Brilliant, thanks, nice find! Gets the needed information in writing too.

Now I wonder how well this will work with detailed questions or problem resolutions without being forced to call them.

For sure. Most likely result is you send a private message, wait a day or 2 for a reply, and reply says ‘your request requires blah blah, pls call 1-800-xxx-xxxx’

I was surprised that I couldn't find a way to send an email or message. They seem to prefer you call them rather than send a message. Strange.
