Received this afternoon. (Offer is for all monies, old and new.)

Ed, where does it say offer is for all monies, old and new? In the heading of the text you posted, it says:
"Very soon, you’re going to be able to earn a 5.85% special interest rate on all of your eligible non-registered Savings balances of up to $1,000,000 combined!"
I am asking because I am planning to move money out now, to be "fresh" for the "very soon" offer.

I was going to wait until Monday to pull the rest of my Tangerine money out (currently at 5% until Aug 31), but now that I got the 5.85% email offer (nothing in Insights, or account details about the offer), there's no need to pull anything, except for perhaps some hair left on my head ... since I was hoping for a 6% solution without any restrictions.
Am I being too greedy? Sure, but it looks like it will be the next Tangerine offer for those currently with offers ending in late September, that will probably get a 6% or better offer.

I accepted a new client promo which ended in June. I then withdrew all my funds but have yet to receive a new promo offer.
I suspect this has to do with my credit score taking a hit after missing a credit card payment. I misplaced a credit card invoice and forgot all about it. When I found it, it was over 30 days past due. I paid it immediately, however my credit score dropped from 841 to 688 after missing a single credit card payment for the first time in 15 years. My credit score has gradually clawed back up to 733 after making a couple of payments.
Does anyone think this could be the reason why I've been overlooked for new promos?
