Now that Tang has a >5.5% GIC rate, I have begun using them again after a long hiatus.
I've found that twice in the past week, including today, their login function is down. When I enter my Login ID, I get the following message:
We're sorry for the inconvenience. This function is currently unavailable. Please try again later.
Is this a regular occurrence for others? Any work arounds?

I have found it to be a fairly common occurrence, too, even in the middle of a business day. There is no work-around, except to try often. Sometimes, I get through after a few minutes. I have sometimes also found that you can use the phone system for access, when the online is down, but this is not always true.

I call 1-888-464-3232 for as long as I remember (many years). The usual reason is when I deposit a cheque at the BNS ATM to my Tang chequing account (can't deposit directly to the savings account at the ATM) and then do a transfer to my savings using the phone.
BTW: No 2 step verification when you use the phone.

I log onto the TNG app on my phone. I select whichever account I want to deposit to and do it with pic's of front & back of the cheque.

We signed up with Tang in 2021. I only use phone access, while my mother uses the online platform. However, they have changed their e-links system for phone access. I used to be able to add/change links by calling a CSR, but this is no longer possible. You must have cell phone or online access in order to make new links. They were demanding me to make a video of myself with my ID card for verification. Screw that. Hello Hubert.

WOW ... I have Never had a problem logging into my Tangerine accounts,
and mean 'Never'.
And I log into my Tangerine accounts, pretty much Every day.
What am I doing Right ?

This usually happens when the Internet connection/wifi signal gets weak during the log in moment. A refresh of the page normally solves the problem.
