I tried that last year when they had a 2.2% offer until the end of November which had to be accepted by the end of April; never got another offer until December.

I declined many offers before. They continue to send me new offers after that.
So, finally, I just accepted offer that expired March 31, 2023 and recently I accepted again a new offer 5.25% until August 31, 2023.
