Has anyone been able to talk to a Tangerine representative by phone? Each time I call I am greeted by an automated message asking me to choose an option but there is no option to speak to someone. My issue requires me to speak to a human.

Just make the selection(s) best suited to narrow down your area of concern and that'll get you to a human, probably after 1 or 2 selections.

Just tried it no issues:
Dial 1-888-826-4374
Then, dial your client number + #
If you have the phone pin, dial it + #
Then, dial 0 + #
This should get you an an associate

You may request a call back via the mobile banking App.

1. Click "More" at the bottom.
2. Contact Us.
3. Wait a bit seconds.
4. Click "we can call you".
