Is anyone else having issues with accessing the special rate offers located on your Bonus & Offers page. I can see the list of special rate offers going back to 2015 but cannot open them up by selecting a particular offer including the current "New Deposits Digital-Only Savings Campaign"
Seems it has been at least a week without access.

A while back, I'd made mention in another thread here that I was no longer able to access the terms for offers from the Bonus & Offers page. For me, it's been months without being able to grab the Ts & Cs via the link that appeared for each offer. I've tried different browsers, but it made no difference.

I agree that you can no longer access prior terms and conditions. You can find your current offer ts and cs, however, by clicking on your account and then there is a link to details or account information.

Unfortunately, Tangerine has removed the terms and conditions of previous offers. I'm going to need to keep my own copy.

I've also noticed that some online banks don't actually keep the monthly PDF statements either. Instead, the historical monthly statement PDF is actually generated on demand and not kept. EQ Bank does that. Some of the older EQ Bank monthly statements downloaded now are not the same as the original one I downloaded before!

Thanks MG...that helps. I was specifically interested in the current offer terms and that information was exactly where you mentioned.

Just one of the many situations where printed, mailed statements are essential records.
