A problem with the new Tangerine Site

I opened an account online and made a joint account (with my spouse) request over the phone. My spouse received an email informing her of the request and asking her to log in at tangerine.ca to accept the request. However, my spouse can't find the request after she logged into her account. There is no link/message in my spouse's account about my joint account request. Anybody else had this issue?
