I recently discovered that Hubert's web banking is nicely formatted for mobile devices and almost as good as any smartphone app. So, I went through all 9 of my banks to see what was available.
I'd like to suggest some updating for the Services page.
I noticed that the left-hand column says "Mobile App", but the center column says "Mobile Banking". Both mobile apps and mobile-formatted web access exist. Both are very usable so I think the chart should indicate both. Some also have fairly useless SMS access, but it might as well be listed as well?
I suggest labeling the chart row with "Mobile Banking", with the following feature names:
sms - text access to return balances, etc
web - nicely formatted mobile web pages
app - full-blown mobile app
check deposit - mobile app with photo check deposit
This is what I found for my banks. The bold entries are currently missing, and of course the word "app" needs to be entered to replace or in addition to the current "X" indicator:
AcceleRate: web (poor formatting though)
Achieva: app + cheque deposit
Canadian Direct : app
Hubert: sms, web (app coming)
Implicity: web, app
MAXA: sms
Outlook: web, app + cheque deposit
Peoples Trust:
Tangerine: web, app + cheque deposit
On my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 2), the AcceleRate web formatting is very bad. It's tiny so you have to zoom in, and then pan around the page, making it not much better than the full-sized web page. You could omit it from the chart I suppose. Maybe it does better from a different phone. Can somebody try an iPhone?

Thanks! I've fixed the column in the middle. It was meant to change to "Mobile App". The thinking there was that it's a bit of a judgment call as to what's usable on mobile web, since some people don't mind if it's not specifically formatted as long as it's online banking. I've also added a note for cheque deposit for Outlook Financial.
Would you be interested in helping to maintain the chart? I could give you edit permissions to it.
