I'm not sure where to post this, but I have 2 corrections to the HISA chart, which is a great resource thanks.

1. The official abbreviation for Quebec is QC (not QB), that would also make it easier to distinguish from OB when reading on a phone.

2. People's Trust is listed as Quebec=Y but then the Profile says Quebec=N. I wrote to PT and they said they do accept Quebec clients. This is great, because PT is the highest rate of the CDIC-insured institutions serving QC (according to the chart).

Thanks.

Thanks for your suggestions! The QB abbreviation has been updated to QC, and the info on the Peoples Trust profile has now been updated.

I also support this change. I've never been fond of the "QB" abbreviation. I assumed it was Peter's shorthand for "Quebec banking," but "QC," as the provincial abbreviation for "Quebec," makes more sense, I think.

Cheers,
Doug

Having learned this move from your playbook, I think this is a pointless and unnecessary comment.

Not at all, BillieBob. Peter welcomes suggestions and relies on feedback from other forum members in terms of either (a) evaluating potential changes or (b) validating changes made. sf-cool

Thanks,

And here i always thought the neighboring province was known as K-Bec. So shouldn't the abbreviation be KB?

All you have to do is ask. "Hey, where you from because i don't understand a single word you're saying?"

"K-BEC"
