Many HISA's have hidden fees (despite being marketed or perceived as free). These fees include inactivity fees, or some charge at the end of promotional period (if full withdrawal soon), etc.
Would be great to have them listed on each HISA page for a quick reference for folks who shop HISAs.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
(I have another feature request for Transfer Methods listed on each Profile page too, but will make a new thread, to be dedicated.)

I think that virtually every single HISA account, to which I subscribed, had some form of fee. Most had account closure fees for less than 3 or 6 months. Trying to point out every single hidden fee for each and every bank could be an endless and pointless exercise in futility; especially when they change so often.

The onus should always be on the potential client to read the Terms & Conditions when signing up for a HISA. Each financial institution has a fee schedule as it relates to accounts. I personally have over a dozen accounts at just as many banks, they generally have similarities in respect to T&C and fees, however they must still be read. If for whatever reason one does not agree, or for that matter understand them, don't sign up. If questions remain, this forum is a great place to ask questions, better yet, call the financial institution directly and get it from the horse's mouth.

My view only: Peter, focus all your energy on providing a forum for discussion on the best interest rates. "I have $X of dollars, what are the best deals, promos, regardless, if it is or is not 'standard' rate?, if it's Duca, or whoever." That's what I'd like to see. Then it is up to me to find out the shenanigans about it, like, is it in my province, what's the coverage, etc. These then can be addressed in the discussions, which is very much appreciated, but not be part of the interest overview. Too much energy would be needed to make such details up-to-date.
