Motive Financial ............. is the current 5-year GIC leader at 3.47%
Not exactly..
Meridian has been and continues to offer a 5 year GIC at 3.5% on new deposits:

Thanks. Not sure how to handle that one because it's noted with an asterisk even on their site (https://www.meridiancu.ca/Personal/Meridian-Rates-Fees.aspx) with a special comment about it being for new deposits to Meridian. That makes it not show up in the GIC chart. That's probably a separate issue about how to handle such cases on the chart. But for the Savers Roundup article, I can just write that straight into the text.

Exceptions to standard rate listings and/ or promos on many FI websites are often displayed on separate pages, making them difficult to track; especially with limited time promos or promos by FI's outside the mainstream.
The comparison listings on the Forum are excellent and helpful as is the Savers Roundup; and since many of us Forum members scan various FI websites, it's good to know you are receptive to receiving input for these possible exceptions.
Thank you Peter,

Great addition, Peter!
Now all we need is an easier way to find the GIC chart.
I would add the Omnia CU one year GIC at 3.0 to that list.

I would advocate strongly for the inclusion of rates that may be geographically restricted because they are of great interest to the many people who can access them and they can easily get buried in various threads.
