Hey Peter, you probably already know this but the Government of Canada has a few financial tools which aren't perfect but might provide a starting point for someone interested in finding a credit card or bank account.

This is very good for beginner that want to learn financial literacy, maybe we should open a Google doc and create a document call "manage you wealth 101" for people that need it which involve these types of tools.

Thanks for sharing! I'm not sure where to put it, but I could start a "Resources" or "Tools" section. A Google doc would also be useful as several people could maintain it.
