And with all that said, today the spammers decided to post rampantly (more than all spam ever received on this site, I think). Therefore, I've now unceremoniously removed the ability for visitors to post without becoming a registered user!

Hi Peter,

No problem on the extra debugging. Glad we seem to have solved the "Jim" guest cookie issue! :)

In regards to maintaining guest posting abilities, okay that sounds fine.

Thanks for increasing the number of posts on the main page to 15! ;)

In terms of your second question, yes basically that is what I am looking for - the ability to page through the posts in reverse chronological order (i.e., newest posts/threads at the front) in much the same way one can page through a WordPress blog by using "next page" and "previous page". In terms of what I am referring to, on https://www.highinterestsavings.ca/forum/, I am meaning the "unread and recently updated topics". Is it not possible to create multiple pages of this - or possibly suggest this as a feature request in Simple:Press?

In the interim, the "last 50 posts" page should be helpful for now. Perhaps we could add a link to this on the homepage?

Thanks again, Peter!! :)

Cheers,
Doug

Bonne idée. I've added a link to the "50 latest threads" page at the bottom of the homepage now.
