You just did ⬆ ... and it's not your first one (6 and counting). 
I'm not sure, but maybe you're talking about adding a new Discussion Forum 'Section'. If so, that's not possible for us rank & file forum members ... only the site Admin (Peter) can do that.
If you're looking to have a new Discussion Forum Section added, you can make your request . . .
