Hello,

I have tried going to PROFILE - OPTIONS - EDIT DISPLAY OPTIONS and my timezone is set as Vancouver. No matter what I do I cannot submit/save it to Winnipeg. Is this something not allowed?

I have tried on firefox, chrome, and mobile phone....any suggestions?
