I can't be the first to suggest this but can't find it on this site but why doesn't this site have it and if it does please contact me with the link. A comparison of not only savings accounts and GICs but also for all credit cards grouped by:
- Percent Cashback given
- redeem to purchase or statement balance, or both
- on only CDN or foreign as well
- points or real cashback
- ITF fee Y\N
- annual fee Y\N
- initial credit limit
ETC.

Welcome new member.
This site is called highinterestsavings...
Lots of other sites specific to CC comparison.
Always up to admin what their intention for this site is.

You can't rely on the existing comparison sites. They are often out of date on some aspect or other and often don't include all the info you should have. Just because they have information doesn't mean they've done a thorough investigation. Some get ad revenue from issuers.
At best, such sites can only be a starting point for your own research.
Maintaining comprehensive up-to-date comparison system is too big a job for any site, but you can ask forum members for current recommendations for CCs that meet your criteria.

RedFlagDeals is where I go for credit card comparisons.
"List of RFD credit card lists" is maybe a good place to start?

Another RFD site is: https://creditcards.redflagdeals.com/
And another site I have found quite in depth is: https://milliondollarjourney.com

The problem with credit card review websites is they're filled with affiliate links, sponsored posts, or the more subtle, and perhaps nefarious variety, the original blog post that itself is not sponsored but which contains affiliate links.
You could try the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada's Credit Card Comparison Tool:
