There are LOTS of things they could do, and need to spend their time doing, to improve and at least get close to basic levels of services provided by competitors, like actually sending an e-mail specifically confirming something not available on the web site when requested, paying bonus interest monthly, detailed account information online etc.

But no.....

They would rather spin their wheels doing some silly navel gazing, in pink and green. Who knows, maybe somebody will actually deposit some money with them because of it ! 😀

Maybe it won't be as embarrassing as that other bank TV ad "get ready for what if " or something like that, an ad that has been going for over TWO years now of telling people to wait around and "get ready".
