Simplii has terrible customer service | Simplii Financial | Discussion forum

I went into chat about the high interest. Again they said it was for select customers only. They don’t see that offering only to some people makes others not want to use any of their services. Poor customer service.

Promotions are only good if they are for everybody.

Not only that but I was first in queue and it took 30 minutes. Asked for a supervisor, minutes later she came back and said all the Supervisors were busy.

Simplii bad service!
