Any opinions on Simplii Cash Back Credit Card?
10% on first $500 of purchases
4% on eligible purchases
1.5% on some others.
Sounds like a good deal if you are in the market for a credit card.

I have this card. I travel for work sometimes, so I charge all my meals to this card and then claim on expense report, so the 4% back really adds up from trips.
It would all depend on how much you eat out. Other than the 4% restaurant/pub categories, this is just another meh card. Be sure to use another card to get better cash back or points on gas, grocery, and other categories.

I use Uber Eats frequently.
If Uber Eats qualifies as restaurant/pub, then its a good card for cashback value.
I dont fly a lot, so the cards with travel points are of little value to me.
Maybe when I implement my New Years resolutions to eat healthier, buy more groceries and cook more at home, then a credit card with grocery rewards like PC financial might make sense

FWIW, I don't think Uber Eats and the like qualify as "restaurant" for CC purposes.
However, some restaurants, albeit a minority, still do their own deliveries, and that should count. Alternatively, you can do your own pick up, and that will count and may be cheaper.
Most New Year's resolutions tend to reappear on next year's list, alas!

I applied for this card several years ago. The only reason I wanted it is for the 4% food/restaurant purchases. So I use it exclusively for this purpose.
It just paid out on December 13th for the year's cashback. So be aware it only credits you once a year for the cash back.
