I have been having problems with my new chip card ever since I got it, because PC won't be giving out pin numbers until later this year. Anyone else in the same boat?

go to a pavilion and you will get a pin instantly and if you had a card befor with out the chip the pin is the same as your old pin all you have to do is change it at a pc or cibc machine if you wish
