Tangerine Bank's parent company, Scotiabank, has raised the rate on its Series F Investment Savings Account by 0.25%) to 4.90% (from 4.65%). Its Series A USD ISA was also raised from 4.50% to 4.75%.

People can buy the Series A ISAs through a wider variety of brokers, and can buy the Series F through Scotia iTRADE, Qtrade, Desjardins Online Brokerage, and possibly CI Direct Trading.

Series F CAD remains at 4.50%.

It makes no real difference though I choose to pick the mothership, i.e. BNS6004.

It might make a difference to you if you are already invested in BNS elsewhere and want to stay within CDIC insurance by going to one of the other entities. I don't care about CDIC coverage with the big 5 so it wouldn't matter to me if I had $1M in BNS alone.

For US$, there's only two Series F Scotiabank ISA offerings:

DYN6005 Bank of Nova Scotia US$ ISA, Series F
DYN5005 Bank of Nova Scotia Trust Company US$ ISA, Series F

Details are in their Tiered Investment Savings Accounts (ISAs) brochure.
