T3s do not have to be mailed until the end of March. Typically I see them between about now (Mar 23rd) and the end of the month online. If by Canada Post, could be as late as about Apr 10th.

I have some trust returns that I file, filing due date end of March every year. I regularly get some of their T3s in April which I just submit later when I get them with a note of explanation and CRA makes the adjustment.
