As of July 25, ScotiaBank is paying a new money bonus of 65 bps (0.65%) on their C$ and US$ broker ISA's, like DYN6000 and DYN6001, until October 31.

According to their July 25 promotional rate sheet, that boosts the return on their C$ ISA's to 2% and their US$ ISA's to 1.85%:
