So I've been unable to use a web browser with Saven, even after trouble shooting with their support for several weeks - some time ago now. The inelegant solution has been to use their App with my iPhone, which has been working fine.
Today however the app let's me into "Move my Money" but hangs when I try to advance on an EFT transfer. Transfer between accounts works, but I can't wait 5 days. So I call Saven support, assuming they can help me out at their end - by pushing the e-transfer to me since I cannot.
They won't do it! I'm to wait and see when they're able to fix this issue, that they are only now aware of. This leaves me short of the $3K I was trying to access today. Not good.
If your tools don't work, your customer service needs to be able to support the customer in accessing their funds. They must have a way to complete a customers request at their end, right?!

When I called I was advised there was no current issue; the banner was for an issue yesterday. The only issue today appears to be doing e-transfers. Bank to bank transfers work fine, and other functionality appears to as well.
I tried again 10m at random and was able to do the e-transfer. I assume that means they’ll notify me soon that the issue has been resolved, as requested and agreed when we spoke.
