That 99.556 price and 4.28% yield from Scotia iTRADE are not real because they don't include the commission.
If one is ordering $10,000 worth, the commission would be the $24.99 minimum. That would add $24.99/$10,000 * 100 = 0.2499 to the 99.556 price for a total price of 99.8059. That's worse than the 99.742 price from RBC Direct Investing.
For $25,000 worth, the commission would be $25 and add 0.100 to the 99.556 price for a total price of 99.656. That results in a yield of 3.316% for the 38 days.
