There seemed to be some question whether power of attorney was accepted and I phone them and it is.

Sorry for duplicate info in another post but I thought this should be stored under People's Trust profile.

Here is the response I had from PT.

We do, but only cater to existing clients for POA. Certified POA documents will need to be submitted to us for review before it is approved.

So, that would mean that they would not allow you to open up a new account for someone with their POA. They would only allow you to manage the account that the person had previously set up.
