I'm wondering if I have an isolated problem or if its widespread.
I tried logging in early this morning and it prompted me for a password change. Did that, but logging in repeatedly didn't work. Unfortunately their phone hours are M-F with no apparent tech support contact 🙁

Yesterday I I logged into PT and PB on my accounts and wife’s. One logon I was forced to change password. It all worked out ok. You can opt to see the new password you enter and can make a screen shot of it. I don’t know what the criteria is, but they do that every now and then. It’s good!

Thanks to both of you 🙂 I tried again and used yet another password and it reset OK.
A heads up, when they say don't use a previous PW, they mean one that you had EVER used at any time in the past, not just fairly recent ones!

The problem I had was, I think, that I had an older 8-char PW with a system that accepted it. However, when their PW system was changed, it required a 10-char PW. So, my correct 8-char PW was rejected until I updated to a 10-char PW.
The 8-char PW was 'supposed to be accepted' under a grandfather provision but, of course, that is just another hollow promise.
