Logged into Peoples Trust today and it immediately took me to a change password screen which I did not initiate. Does this happen to anyone else?

Their main login page says:

Notice to Customers
Peoples Trust Company has added new Increased Authentication features to the login process. These features provide an additional layer of protection. Please login to set up the new security features.

And they explain:

Increased Authentication
Secured By RSA
Increased Authentication provides an additional layer of security to the login process. This feature requires you to select three security questions.

How it works
When you log into online banking from a computer that is not registered as trusted, you will have to answer one of your three security questions.

Registering your computer for faster logins
You can speed up the login process by opting to register your computer. When you log in from a registered computer, you don't have to answer a security question.

Registering your home or personal computer is highly recommended for faster logins. You should not register shared or public computers.

Cookies are used to identify registered computers. If you clear your cookies, you will have to re-register your computer.

They likely took the opportunity to get people change their passwords - perhaps they've tweaked the strength requirements for those as well.

One that I updated recently suggested I use a phrase (which is a lot easier to remember). So, I used a four-word phrase including two caps because there were two proper nouns. Avoid cliches though.
