I do not have a Peoples Trust account, so I can't give you step by step instructions.

Your only option though is to link your TD account within Peoples Trust by sending Peoples a TD Cheque.

I do have a TD Account, and I do not believe there is any option within TD's easyWeb to link accounts within them. Even if there was an option to do so, they'd prolly require you send a Cheque (I could be misteken, but I dont think Peoples Trust provides Cheques on their accounts).

This is why more banks need to accept "void cheque" authorization forms, stamped and initialled by the financial institution, as proof of account. If government agencies like B.C.'s Medical Services Plan and the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia as well as the federal government accept these forms for direct deposit and pre-authorized payments, then so can the banks.

Cheers,
Doug
