I'm trying to link my PC Money account to Tangerine, from the Tangerine side. I need to do this manually, and that requires adding the Transit Number for my PC Money account.

The PAD information from PC Financial notes a "Branch number" of 02002. Is that the same thing as the transit number that Tangerine requires?

Yes, it is.

Thank you for confirming.

Even with this info, I was unable to set up a PAD link between Tangerine and PC Financial. Neither with Q Trade. It appears that PC Financial blocks such electronic linkages from their end.

Someone reported on RedFlagDeals.com that he was able to link to his PC Money account at Tangerine. Then, he successfully transferred $200,000+ to the PC Money account's spending balance.

All seemed fine until he ran into an undocmented $50,000/day limit on transfers from the spending balance to the interest-earning savings balance of the account! $1 charge for an "assisted" transfer above the $50,000/day limit. sf-frown
