I'm having trouble accessing my accounts on Oaken Digital today. When I log in, I get a screen that asks me to switch to paperless records, which brings with it the chance to win a $250 GIC.
When I agree to switch to paperless, the web site freezes in a blue circle that keeps spinning endlessly.
Anyone else succeed in getting through this hurdle recently?

Finally got in on different browser but can't see or do anything.

Talked to them .. they definitely have a problem.
Be very careful trying to get in for a while.
You get routed to
https://validate.perfdrive.com/d4aa84d2d80d9d6b84851e3842ecb529/...........
This is blacklisted by most ad blockers - but goodness knows why you are physically going to their site.
I'll be changing password as soon as this is fixed.

The tab on my browser identifies the "Scheduled maintenance" message as coming from Radware Bot Manager Block, not Oaken. Does anyone know the significance of this? Has the Oaken site been taken over by e-pirates?

There's a message on oaken.com (top of page now).
That link I posted above includes "botmanager_support@radware.com"
I don't get that Schedule Mnt notice -- am on pc.
As part of this is a blacklisting issue -- depending on your ad blocker you'll get different things.
On Firefox have Adblock so get that link above as a 1x1 png image.
On Edge have U-Origin which just gives a blocked site page from U Origin.
Certainly not fixed yet.

I think that "validate perfdrive" stuff by RadWare is checking your system for some sort of suitability criteria. I know it is used when doing online exams, I think, but Oaken may be checking if your system seems okay to do digital banking, or some other checks for bots or something. I would have thought a maintenance notice would come from their own site though, not this Radware intermediary service. It might actually be scheduled maint, or maybe something broke and this is what happens.

If it was scheduled maintenance, you'd think that Oaken would have the courtesy to tell clients about the schedule in advance.
I have a fairly large GIC maturing tomorrow, and have made a reinvestment plan that begins with transferring the proceeds out of my Home Trust savings account. I guess this can be done by phone, if all else fails, but I was looking forward to a quick and easy e-transfer.
