Anyone else has problems logging in oaken site? I have check it using iPad iPhone etc. , takes about TWO mins for the site to load , and even when you are in , accessing other banking site is super slow. This is during this past few weeks.

Works fine for me on Android smartphone (Oaken app) and in Windows EDGE browser (Oaken web site).
Just checked both.

Very slow login using Firefox. This problem began over the weekend for me.

Yup ... the Oaken site is Very SLOOOW on my PC with Google Chrome.
It's been that way for *&^%$# Days now ❗

Yes, I have noticed recently very slow, and like Dean from earlier today, not getting in at all right now...very disconcerting!!
I don't have a need to check in with Oaken often, but will 'monitor' more closely now...
(Desktop PC, Google Chrome)

I just finished trying yet again ... it 'Still' won't let me complete the log-in process.
And now I cant' even access the main Oaken website (https://www.oaken.com/) ... their whole bloody system must be down ❗

Finally contacted Oaken, they said they are working on the problem to fix it

Must be their site interaction with Chrome browser, then. Still no problem with Edge on Windows, just checked again.

No problem logging in at 9:00 PM EDT 30-Mar. Tried 2 accounts - no problem.

Lots of people are Still having problems accessing their Oaken accounts (including myself), with many lacking even basic access to their accounts
(i.e. completely Locked-Out).
As an update, this is what is presently posted at the top of Oaken's website home page (https://www.oaken.com/) . . .
- "We are aware that some customers are experiencing technical issues with Oaken Digital and are working urgently to resolve this. Please try accessing Oaken Digital again later, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you require further assistance, please call us at 1-855-OAKEN-22 (625-3622)."

Truth be known, Oaken has be having 'Technical Issues' with their website and IT Dept. for Many weeks now. It seems like the harder they try to fix it, the worse it gets.

Ironically, a phone call to Oaken yesterday (Friday) was answered promptly and all business went smoothly.

Well ... it 'appears' they Finally hit it with a wrench enough times❗ The Oaken site and access to accounts are working gain (at least for some of us).
But 'Beware' . . .
The notice at the top of their home page (see Post #10 above) is still there. More problems and outages could be on the way.

Really slow login for me too. I'm using Firefox on a laptop. I thought there was something wrong with my computer until I saw this thread.

Since the beginning of this tread, I've been logging in "just for fun". Never slow for moi with Firefox on Windows Desktop and Firefox Android Tablet.
