Is that effective do you know today 6Nov or tomorrow 07Nov?

It's a bit of an inverted yield curve (or relatively flat).
Long-term GICs:
1 Year GIC – 5.10% (currently 4.70%)
18 Months GIC – 5.15% (currently 4.80%)
2 Years GIC – 5.15% (currently 4.50%)
3 Years GIC – 5.10% (currently 4.50%)
4 Years GIC – 4.95% (currently 4.50%)
5 Years GIC – 5.00% (currently 4.65%)
