Usually pleased with oaken but on sept 30th I pulled a large sum from tangerine to oaken. It was deposited in oaken on September 30th and rep assured me I would get the one day interest for last day of sept.
But it wasn't there, and when I phoned they said that because of leap year it will be added to October interest at the end of October.
I like to see my interest on the right day, and was not pleased that I could not see it because of a software glitch from February leap year. Must just be on electronic transfers on last day of the month because I did get interest posted for monies I already had in there for the complete month.
Hard to calculate when 1 day is mixed in with the next month. This did not happen when I did the same thing at Eq and Alterna. The sept. 30th one day interest was posted as should. Maybe I'm just a little too serious about this but it bugged me
