It looks like Oaken Digital doesn't work for commercial / business accounts. I called them and apparently "until an email notification is received" the old Online Banking should be used for business accounts.
The problem though is they redirect to the new Oaken Digital login page for business accounts as well, and there's no way to login using the old Online Banking.
I told the CSR to notify their IT Dev team, as this is not something he can help with.
Anyone here with a business account experiencing the same issue?

This is bad. There should have a cross checking on the accounts on the old platform not yet sign on to the new platform.
My wife's was inactive for a year & her account doesn't work on the new. We tried the password recovery steps. The procedure would said the temp password has been sent but she will not get any in her mailbox.

I don't think Oaken supports direct deposits to or pre-authorized debits against their savings account.
Previously, we found that Home Trust's institution number is not operational.

It didn't take long to discover a Security Flaw with their new platform. During the login process, Google Chrome's Auto-Fill is allowed to automatically provide your User Name. Needless to say ... I'm Not impressed ❗The same thing happened when Hubert changed over to their new website last year. It took them over Three Months to fix it.
Of the online platforms I use regularly, BMO, TD and Tangerine allow auto-fill of the user id. Less frequent platforms Simplii and Meridian also do. And I recently signed for EQ Bank ... auto-fill of user id allowed there too.
My two investment platforms do as well ...
So, this may not be best practice but it certainly isn't uncommon ...

I want to link to my Oaken digital (digitalbanking.oaken.com). Is there a working Institution number (3 digit) and Transit number(5 digit) for this FI?

I think one has to push the money out of the savings account from the Oaken side to linked external accounts. One can't pull the money out from another financial institution.
Norman1 is correct.
A while back, I contacted Oaken for exactly that, and pretty much that was their answer: push out of Oaken to your linked account.

Maybe it was my spelling mistake.
In any event, wouldn't F..... be a fintech?
Seems to me that one has to give over ones login info for linked FI, or did I mis-read it?.
If you're referring to point 2 in ...
1) Navigate to “Transfers” in the main menu and then click on “Link to an external account”
2) Review the Flinks terms of use and then accept by selecting the checkbox. Then click “Get started”.
then I believe it's meant to refer to the (transfer) links terms of use.
But I'll let Bill clarify as I can't verify - I applied for an Oaken account on the weekend and i'm still waiting for the completion of that ...
