I've recently opened an account with Oaken Financial. Upon trying to import a downloaded QFX file from Oaken into Quicken Home and Business 2013, it failed. The problem is that upon importing, Quicken creates a new account with U.S. instead of Cdn. funds , and then can not complete the import and crashes. I have no problem importing transactions from other financial institutions.
Has anyone encountered the same problem when importing Oaken transactions into Quicken?

Just an update. I phoned Oaken regarding problem of importing into Quicken. After sending 'screen-shots' of the error messages to their IT department, I was informed that importing via Webconnect (i.e. QFX file) was causing the problem, and they were going to look into. Meanwhile I was told that if I used QIF to import, it would work. However the Quicken app has to be active and I have to be in my Oaken account, before I use the drop down menu to import the QIF file.
While doing so, I realized that with Oaken, transactions can be downloaded and imported on the same day that they are posted in the account, unlike other FI which can only be downloaded after 1 or 2 days that they are displayed online.
