Yea exactly. There is a promo of 0% interest for 12 months with only 1% balance transfer fee if you sign up through the affiliate link from Credit Karma.
Very important that you need to be signed in to Credit Karma for the promo to have 1% balance transfer fee (normally its 3%). And also be very careful to read some posts on RFD or Personal Finance Canada Reddit to learn about the precaution needed when you do a balance transfer on a CC  

Please explain the steps to do it via Credit Karma. I have several MBNA balance transfer promos I want to use now.

I assume it is only an offer for a new card. As such I applied, as I am used to that form MBNA. If there is/was another way, please do share.

On RFD MBNA balance transfer thread, people mentioned having 2 or more cards, transferring the credit limit on the True line card to another and close the true line card, wait for a few days and apply for it again

That's the trick. I'm new to balance transfers and just got my first MBNA card last month
