.
I'm guessing some here may already be aware of this, but I just found out.
And 'Yes', it's true ... I ain't sharpest tool in the shed.
Around this time last year I tried to add my Hubert SA as an Oaken External Account, but that option (Hubert) didn't exist back then ... Now it does!
Once you're on the 'Link To An External Account' page, use the search function to find Hubert (Hubert Happy Savings), and then follow the prompts.
Hope this helps a few others out there who were not aware,

I was able to link to my Hubert HISA using the Oaken online system. I did this a month or two ago, but didn't think to post about it.
I only had non-registered HISA at the time, so had no trouble with it linking to the "wrong" account.
It now shows as "Access Credit Union" in Oaken's transfer section. I tested it by moving $5 from Oaken savings to Hubert HISA and it worked.
This link also is used for pulling funds directly into a GIC, when purchased through an Oaken agent on the phone. Although I've bought two GICs since Dec. 19 and none of that money has yet been pulled from my Hubert HISA. When they get one of these set up (hopefully later this week), I'll probably buy another GIC.

Thanks for the info Dean.
Problem is that when I tried this, the only account that popped up in Hubert, to link with Oaken, was my TFSA. I was unable to access any other account. And no, I did not wish to link my TFSA. Strange that I could not access other accounts. Anyone else had this problem?
For myself, I was given both my Hubert SA & Hubert TFSA (in that order) as choices, but my first attempt to link to my SA failed (timed-out?), and I had to start over again.
In my second attempt the order of choices were switched, but at least the process of linking my SA worked that time.
I can only guess, but the displaying of choices may have a glitch or two in it. Maybe give it a second try ... it worked for me.

I find Hubert, post-Access, has an annoying habit of displaying accounts in the order it imagines I want to use them, which i think reflects my last login, as it seems to vary. I prefer a standard consistent list.
This leads me to a "wild card" guess that perhaps something similar is happening with this Oaken link? I don't have an Oaken HISA so I can't test this out.

. . .
For a standard consistent list of accounts on Hubert, I ignore the Dashboard page we are shown at login, and I go directly to the Accounts/All Accounts page. The All Accounts page is a complete, logical, consistent list of all ones accounts.
FWIW, I wish Hubert would give that *&^%$# Dashboard page The Punt❗

For the record, I agree wholeheartedly that the Dashbord should be scrapped by Hubert. It has no basis in reality when it comes to which accounts I access the most or am most interested in seeing when I log in. I just want to see them all and then choose what to do.
Regarding my account linking issue: I discovered that by changing the order of my accounts at Hubert, (drag the ones you deem to be most relevant to the top, and SAVE), I was able to get my regular HISA to miraculously materialize on the Oaken account link request area. Problem not totally solved though because after tapping the account, and watching a hypnotic semi-circle rotate for what seemed like hours (probably only a minute or two), some kind of glitch terminated the exercise. Did this a couple of times to no avail. Will try again at a later time. The wonders of modern technology never cease to amaze.

I prefer a standard consistent list. The Dashboard is where we all land after logging in and I too always go to 'All Accounts' with 2 strokes to get the my full list of accounts as I have nicknamed and ordered them (Accounts-reorder/rename).
I should also point out that the Dashboard always shows my first 5 Accounts when in a browser, my first 3 Accounts when in the Android app.

Update: So, after numerous, what appeared to be unsuccessful, online linking attempts, and phone calls to both Oaken and Hubert, my Hubert account , disguised as Access CU, finally appeared under my linked accounts in Oaken. Go figure. All's well that ends well.
Thanks again, Dean!

Pretty much the same thing with me. When I saw that "Access CU", I just about had a Cow ❗
So I did a test ... I initiated a $5.00 withdrawal from Hubert (a.k.a. Access CU) to my Oaken SA. Two days later, it went through like a Charm.
