Just want to link Motusbank from my Tangerine account and got the message

"Error. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we can't complete your request at this time. Please call us at 1-888-464-3232 for further help."

I used transit #0002 and institution #374.

Transit #0002 is likely wrong.

These are the three Motus Bank branches from the Payments Canada financial institution branch directory. All the transit numbers start with '2' and are five digits long:

Tangerine had made some changes to the external account linking process several months ago. There is a restriction in place where the external account must be in the same province as noted in the Tangerine account. The topic has been discussed at length in other threads and forums.
