CDF now has a TFSA savings account available. It should be added to the comparison chart. The current rate is 3.00%.

Was considering switching my TFSA from ING (lousy 1.5% interest) to Peoples Trust (3% interest), but they apparently don't have online banking. Only monthly statements. Maybe Canadian Direct then. Seems to have online banking and a 3% interest rate since March 2010 (continuously). Comments?

I have been with CDF for almost a year now. I have a TFSA with them and CDF have online banking capabilities. I do EFT from my ING -> CDF. OK. Now, I do my EFT from PC Financial -> CDF, also no problem. You might wana read this post started by Prag from this website about CDF to give you more of an idea. Bottom line is, CDF is one of the best place to park your TFSA.
