Savvy & TFSA savings accounts down to 1.55% (was 1.75%).
RRSP savings tiered at .25% & 1.25%.
GIC rates unchanged.

I was totally expecting this. EQ used to be 1.70% while Motive at 1.75%. Even earlier, EQ was 2.00% while Motive at 2.05%.

EQ went down to 1.50% on October 8, Motive goes down to 1.55% on October 9 (shows the new rate on their homepage, but not yet updated on online banking).

Motive continues to be just 0.05% higher than EQ (since May), disregarding the 1.8% (2% with promo) at CT Bank.

Looks like the 2.3% at Simplii is the best you can maybe get right now if you're already a Tangerine client.
