Motive login not sending out SMS code -- tried 3 times but nothing received.
Verified my phone was receiving texts from elsewhere.
Very annoying as they're closed.

I just signed into my Motive accounts ... it took like maybe 30sec at most.

Verification # was sent instantly, via email.

No Muss, No Fuss.

Today 29 Sept 2023, verification numbers coming thru right away. After entering the number ..login does not occur. After some time the web page comes back with:

"This page isn’t workingaccess.motivefinancial.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

Using Chrome (latest version)

Anyone else having this result?

It's working for me. 9:30 Ontario time

Depending on the time of day Motive maybe doing daily maintenance as all banks do from 2:00 am until 4:am daily

BTW don't try doing email money transfers during these maintenance windows, it may fail.

Thanks bhuc. It is working for me now.

Motive is on MT so I must have tried just after 4 am MT and run into the problem you mention. Would be nice if their web page mentioned it was offline for maintenance.
