I received the package this morning. It has my debit card, online temp password and pin number.
Just to be clear, if I use Motive debit card on Non-EXCHANGE Network ATM for withdrawal the first 2 transactions are free. For additional withdrawals they will charge $1.50. Can someone who is already using Motive debit card confirm this please?

You just got your welcome package this morning? Just spitballin' here, but you think maybe you should have waited until you got all that stuff before you started setting up bill payments. I waited until I had all that and confirmed it all worked before I cut ties to my old bank and used them as my main FI. Might be why you had so much trouble accessing your accounts? You missed the clusterf*** when they switched from CDF to Motive.
Hope you eventually get everything running smoothly and are as happy with them as I am.

That may not include any "convenience fee" the owner of the ATM may charge on top of the usual Interac, Cirrus, or Plus ATM network fee.
