Call them and they might guide you to find the accounts menu (if the accounts do exist.).
My external accounts do exist (at least they did exist), but they do NOT appear in the accounts menu drop downs on the new transfer page (I don't need guidance to find the accounts menu, thanks).
I will call them, but before I spend time on hold I just wanted to know if this was a problem unique to me and if not what others had to do to fix it.

I have the same problem Armby. Checked three times since I received the e-mail from CDF last week
about the supposed improvement . Fished around my logged in account and was told I would have to
submit a printed form and mail it to them. Screw that. I'll phone them and get it straightened out.
It was always a pain having to plug all my numbers in to shift a few bucks to them.
