Hurray, gone are the days when you had to remember/track which accounts are linked with CDF.
Now you can see a list of linked accounts and From/To options for Funds Transfer also show these accounts.
Unfortunately, for future transfers, we are still stuck with the old interface.

Good for customers. Actually they have all the information in their computer systems. If they would hire me as programmer, I can deliver much better interface for bank customers.

I guess their system might have a bug: my two linked external bank accounts appear in "Transfer From" drop-down list, but only one appears in "Transfer To".

Neither of my previously linked accounts show up in the accounts menus on the new transfer page. Do I have to go through the manual process to add these external accounts again (forms, mail etc)?

Looks perfectly fine to me. Checked in today and my linked accounts were in the dropdown menus in both "From" and "To" boxes. It was about time that got changed. It was archaic and way out of step with competitors like Peoples Trust before this change

My external accounts do exist (at least they did exist), but they do NOT appear in the accounts menu drop downs on the new transfer page (I don't need guidance to find the accounts menu, thanks).

I will call them, but before I spend time on hold I just wanted to know if this was a problem unique to me and if not what others had to do to fix it.

Mine show up in the drop down boxes. Of all the times I've called CDF, I have not had to wait on hold for more than a minute.

Right you are. Took less than a minute including time on hold and time to fix. Agent knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a flash. My external accounts now show up in both "to" and "from" menus. sf-smile

I have the same problem Armby. Checked three times since I received the e-mail from CDF last week
about the supposed improvement . Fished around my logged in account and was told I would have to
submit a printed form and mail it to them. Screw that. I'll phone them and get it straightened out.
It was always a pain having to plug all my numbers in to shift a few bucks to them.

They (the CDF bank) have a less convenient technology system, but they have a good customer service. They do not offer face-to-face conversation, but they offer higher interest rates.
